Phase 1 Before live use
Understand what exists
Map the menopause support you already provide, how women currently find it and where different roles create barriers.
Your part: A small working group from areas such as menopause or women’s networks, Occupational Health or wellbeing, People, management and information governance.
Outcome: A clear view of the current support journey and where it may be breaking down.
Phase 2 Configuration
Shape Summ Base around your organisation
Configure Summ Base around your roles, work patterns, support routes and organisational constraints.
Your part: Help us test the proposed journeys, support information and role-specific scenarios against how your organisation actually works.
Outcome: A working version of Summ Base configured around your organisation.
Phase 3 Decision point
Decide whether to go live
Review the proposed service, privacy approach and evaluation plan together.
Your part: Agree what a live test would need to prove, who would be involved and what governance needs to be in place.
Outcome: A clear scope for a live pilot, or enough evidence to decide not to proceed.

A feasibility pilot is a short discovery and configuration phase. If there is a good fit, it can progress to a paid live pilot. A live pilot is the point at which women begin entering their symptoms privately, see your support personalised to them and rate it, and the organisation receives protected group patterns from real use.
No live employee data is collected until the required privacy, hosting and data-protection arrangements are agreed with the organisation.
