Legal
Terms
Draft terms. These will be legally reviewed before any organisation goes live.
1. Who we are
Summ Base is operated by Consultblue Ltd, a company registered in England, ICO registration C1910715.
2. Two kinds of user
Employers license Summ Base under an annual agreement. Women use Summ Base free, under their own account, and their use does not depend on any employer's agreement continuing.
3. The employer licence
- An annual licence, banded by total employees as declared at sign-up and checked at each renewal. We remind you 60 and 30 days before renewal, and a band change applies at renewal.
- Every band includes every employer feature.
- Payment is due from the licence start date, by card for band A and by invoice for other bands.
4. The 30-day guarantee
An employer may ask for a full refund within 30 days of the licence start date, provided nothing has been exported. The first export of the plan, the submission pack or the value report ends the refund option, and every export screen says so and asks for confirmation. A refunded employer's access ends and its response data is reduced to national aggregates. Women keep their accounts and records.
5. What employers may use Summ Base data for
Only to improve support at work. Never for recruitment, redundancy selection, performance decisions or planning by age. A breach of this clause ends the licence without refund.
6. What employers never receive
No individual answer, no name, no account, no member count, and no figure from a group smaller than the reporting floor. The privacy rules in the product form part of these terms.
7. If an employer stops paying
Access to results and exports ends. Past results are kept for 90 days in case of resubscription, then reduced to national aggregates. Join links stop working for new connections. Women connected to that employer keep everything.
8. Women's accounts
Free, personal, and yours. You can download your record or delete your account at any time. Anonymous answers already counted in an employer's round cannot be withdrawn, because nothing links them to you.
9. Not a health, legal or crisis service
Summ Base does not diagnose, treat, refer or give legal advice. Guidance in the product is general information. In an emergency call 999. If you need someone to talk to, Samaritans are on 116 123, free, at any hour.
10. Changes
We will give employers at least 30 days' notice of any change to these terms that affects them, and women will see a notice in their space.
